Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Micky Brit (ranked 5472 p4p, 556 weight class) and Sammy Ru (ranked 5539 p4p, 560 weight class). Micky Brit has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Micky Brit! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sammy Ru! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ru tries to keep at a distance but Brit has taken the fight into the clinch. Ru looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Brit lands with a left to the head. Brit really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Brit breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ru takes a shot right to the bread basket. Brit tries to close the distance and clinch but Ru swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ru lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Brit pushes Ru up against the ropes in a clinch. Brit pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Brit darts in and clinches Ru up against the ropes. Brit's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Brit is looking to clinch. A left and a right from Brit both land. Nice combination. Ru swats away the attempt to clinch by Brit. Ru throws a counter combo. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brit clips Ru with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Ru a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout. Brit has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brit's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Brit tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Ru manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ru was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Brit is looking to clinch. A slapping body kick lands there for Brit. Brit clinches with his opponent.
Nice body punch from Brit - that landed with a thud.
Brit lands a shoulder strike. Brit manages to break the clinch.
Brit catches Ru napping and connects with a fantastic 3 punch combination that sends Ru crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but he's all over the place - can he beat the count?!? 4,5,6,7,8...9...10! He didn't make it back to his feet! Brit raises both arms skywards and takes in the roar from the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Micky Brit!
