Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Extro Haymaker (ranked 5205 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giovanni LaRocca (ranked 5490 p4p, 0 weight class). LaRocca has chosen The Godfather as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Giovanni LaRocca was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaRocca lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Haymaker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Haymaker misses with a body shot.
Haymaker misses with a wild combination.
LaRocca fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Haymaker checks it well.
LaRocca connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Haymaker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but LaRocca circles away quickly and effectively.
LaRocca scores with a punch to the head.
LaRocca uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Haymaker.
Haymaker throws a body shot but no joy.
LaRocca thuds his right hand into Haymaker's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice uppercut there from LaRocca.

Haymaker is rocked!
Haymaker walks straight into a right hand from LaRocca - that's dropped him! LaRocca jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Haymaker from any more punishment! Haymaker complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Giovanni LaRocca!
Giovanni LaRocca bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
