Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xander Machado (ranked 1189 p4p, 184 weight class) and Boo Lee (ranked 775 p4p, 121 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lee's choice of entrance music: Mama Said Knock You Out. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Xander Machado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Boo Lee!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Roberts and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Machado misses with a few strikes there.
Lee looks to land a right hand but Machado moved out of range.
Lee thows a left - swing and a miss!
Machado shoots in looking for a takedown but Lee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Machado's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lee scores with a jab to the body.
Machado throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Machado throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Machado off to one side.
Lee doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xander Machado. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lee throws Machado to one side and escapes!

Machado pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lee is out of range and Machado settles back down.

Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee misses with a body shot.
Lee waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Machado.
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Machado is just out of range.
Machado walks into a stiff left hand from Lee.
A nice inside leg kick there by Lee. That's going to slow Machado down.
Boo Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from Machado.
Lee punishes Machado's body with a nice straight punch.
Machado misses with a takedown
and Lee counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lee. Machado does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Machado on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
An inside leg kick lands from Lee.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Machado tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee throws a body punch but Machado moves out of range.
Lee is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Machado rather than just go for the knockout.
Machado takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lee lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Machado tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Machado lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Machado closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.

Machado shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Machado's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Lee throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Machado was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Machado swings widly with a right hand
and Lee counters with a stiff right hand.
Machado is rocked!
Machado walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Lee! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
