Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Shamrock (ranked 1369 p4p, 19 weight class) and Bob Baramari (ranked 2915 p4p, 104 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tank Shamrock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
46 - 38 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bob Baramari! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shamrock connects with a good right hand that stumbles Baramari. Baramari circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Baramari throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Shamrock loads up on a big right hand but Baramari slips the punch. Shamrock tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Baramari is looking for the big counter here. Baramari tries to score with a low kick but Shamrock moves his leg out of the way. Shamrock throwing a counter right hand but Baramari manages to avoid it. Baramari throws a head kick but Shamrock moves out of range.
Baramari tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Shamrock is able to avoid easily. We've been told by Shamrock's head coaches at A Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Baramari steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Shamrock. Jab, jab by Baramari - just one landing.
It looks like Tank Shamrock has been cut. Shamrock looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Baramari tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Shamrock lands a leg kick that knocks Baramari off balance momentarily. Shamrock is looking to slow Baramari down with leg kicks. Tank Shamrock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A swing and a miss from Baramari. Shamrock throws a hook to the side of Baramari's head but Baramari sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Baramari appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Shamrock uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Shamrock connects with a single shot there. Shamrock uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Baramari. Shamrock uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Baramari. Shamrock swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Shamrock connects with a nice looking jab.
Baramari swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Shamrock.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shamrock cracks Baramari with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Shamrock lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. A head kick misses from Baramari. Baramari gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Baramari stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Shamrock. Shamrock lands a jab. Oh, that's a big right hand from Shamrock and Baramari goes tumbling to the canvas! Shamrock follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Baramari is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Shamrock controlling the pace. Shamrock's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Shamrock has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Baramari ducks under a wild hook from Shamrock. Baramari throws a nice looking combination but Shamrock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. An attempted straight right counter from Shamrock misses the target. Shamrock throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
A jab from Shamrock misses. Shamrock throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Baramari stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Shamrock misses with a hook. Baramari ducked under it nicely. A jab from Shamrock finds it's way through Baramari's defenses. Shamrock lands a right hook to the body.
Shamrock jabs at Baramari's body. Baramari looks winded! Shamrock lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Baramari gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Bob Baramari has been cut. Shamrock connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Shamrock cracks Baramari with an uppercut from hell and Baramari crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Shamrock's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Shamrock passes into half guard. Shamrock content to control rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shamrock is looking to advance position but Baramari won't allow it. Shamrock performing his best blanket impression for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tank Shamrock dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Shamrock uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Baramari. Baramari displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shamrock throws out the jab. Shamrock is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Baramari can do to turn this around? A big right from Shamrock misses. Shamrock is looking to chop away at Baramari's legs. An inside leg kick from Baramari misses. Baramari doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Baramari checks a leg kick nicely. Baramari jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tank Shamrock is winning the standup battle so far. Baramari gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Shamrock drops Baramari with a big left hand and mounts him. Baramari is in big trouble! This has been an exciting period of action! Shamrock controlling from the full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Further stalling from Shamrock. Shamrock continues to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. More hug and hope from Shamrock. Shamrock fails to take his opponent's back. Shamrock mounts Baramari! Really nice guard pass there! Shamrock controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baramari is trying to escape the mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Shamrock moves to the back. Shamrock controls the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tank Shamrock dominated that second round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Shamrock lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Shamrock drops Baramari with a huge uppercut! Baramari drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Shamrock is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
