Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Snow (ranked 2513 p4p, 33 weight class) and Doctor Doolittle (ranked 3033 p4p, 40 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 45 - 35 - 0, fighting out of London, Doctor Doolittle!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Roberts and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doolittle cracks Snow with a right hand to the side of the head.
Snow lands a really nice looking cross but Doolittle seems unphased.
Snow throws a sloppy head kick and Doolittle moves out of range easily.

Snow changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Doolittle looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Snow throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Doolittle is trying to get back to half guard.
Doolittle is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Snow off and has taken his back!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Snow is trying to remain composed but Doolittle is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.
Doolittle is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Doolittle's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Snow has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Doolittle is working away from the top position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Snow is trying to control Doolittle's posture but Doolittle avoids it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Snow is squirming around, avoiding Doolittle's attempts to control the action.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Snow gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Doolittle thuds his right hand into Snow's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Snow takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Snow throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Doolittle swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Doolittle lands a nice uppercut.
Snow lands a right hand that snaps the head of Doolittle backwards.
Snow misses with a punch to the body.
Doolittle's coach down at Pablo's Boxing Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Doolittle's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Snow wants a takedown.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Snow has picked Doolittle up - he's going for a ride! Snow dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Doolittle is trying to maintain the position but Snow is very close to passing his half guard.

Snow throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Doolittle escapes and throws Snow's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Snow manages to work his way to half guard, despite Doolittle's best efforts.
Snow is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Doolittle's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Doolittle's back!

Snow is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Snow gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Snow gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Snow apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Doolittle blocks a jab.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Doolittle takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Doolittle throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Snow doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Mike Snow showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Doolittle has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
