Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Morales (ranked 797 p4p, 125 weight class) and Dai Zexi (ranked 446 p4p, 73 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Zexi's choice of entrance music: BRADIO-Flyers. The key to victory for Jose Morales has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morales tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zexi was well out of range. Poor timing from Morales.
Morales fails to land with a series of punches.
Zexi lands with a straight right. Morales didn't see that one coming.
Zexi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Morales doesn't seem bothered though.
Zexi slips under a jab.
Good standup being displayed there by Zexi as he connects with a hook.
Morales throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Dai Zexi has been cut.

and Zexi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Morales thinking.

Morales will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zexi! But no joy.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Morales went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Morales takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Morales was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Morales dips to his left and cracks Zexi with an uppercut!

Morales thuds his right hand into Zexi's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Zexi jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zexi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Morales has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Morales throws a lazy right hand but Zexi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Oh Morales is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Zexi lands a big elbow - Morales is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Zexi!

A very excited looking Dai Zexi made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
