Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sairanix Lokren (ranked 400 p4p, 56 weight class) and Marvin Vettori (ranked 808 p4p, 101 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lokren might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beast. Vettori is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Police On My Back- The Rocketz. Sairanix Lokren could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Marvin Vettori's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Marvin Vettori!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lokren takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Lokren jabs Vettori to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A head kick by Vettori misses
and Lokren connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Lokren misses the jab.
A jab from Lokren does it's job there.

Vettori shoots in and drives through. Lokren sprawls well.
Vettori throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Lokren counters with a nice uppercut.
Lokren digs a good hook to Vettori's body.
Lokren moves out of range as Vettori strikes.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vettori.
Lokren chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Vettori can pounce on him.

Marvin Vettori seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vettori tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lokren swivels and escapes.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Vettori throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Lokren's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Lokren gets in close and tags Vettori with a short punch that almost sends Vettori to the mat! Oh Vettori is in big trouble! He turns his back on Lokren, trying to create some distance but Lokren rushes him, striking wildly and Vettori goes down! The referee tackles Lokren into the cage to end the fight! Lokren is one violent man!

Our winner, Sairanix Lokren, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
