Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Radmir Lepshokov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyong Li!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lepshokov in his tracks.
Li lands with a good body shot.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lepshokov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Li scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Lepshokov on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lepshokov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Li shoots in for a takedown but Lepshokov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Li has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lepshokov is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Li.

Lepshokov won't let Li get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Lepshokov can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Li is looking to escape.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lepshokov is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Li can't stay in a position like this for much longer.


Li is rocked!

Li has left one of his arms exposed and Lepshokov doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Li screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
