Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Branimir Simeon!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Anthony Shiina!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shiina waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Simeon.
Shiina has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Simeon is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Simeon scores with a hook to the body. Shiina takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Simeon jabs Shiina to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Shiina shoots in for a takedown but Simeon shows good takedown defense.
Shiina fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Shiina looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Simeon is fending him off so far but Shiina persists. Nope, Simeon circles away and we're back to standing.
An attempted straight right counter from Simeon misses the target.

Shiina tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Simeon was well out of range. Poor timing from Shiina.
Shiina shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Simeon napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shiina is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Simeon is trying to escape and Shiina transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Simeon is forced to tap! Nice work there by Shiina! Very nice indeed!

During a confident post fight interview, Anthony Shiina thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Branimir Simeon stepped up to the mic, saying 'Thanks for coming...I'll be back'.
