Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bjorg Fjordlinginsson (ranked 5094 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emeritus Forge (ranked 3348 p4p, 0 weight class). Forge has chosen Cirice as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fjordlinginsson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Forge.
Fjordlinginsson slips a jab and a cross from Forge.
Fjordlinginsson looks for a takedown but Forge sprawls well.
Forge scores with a decent looking hook.
Fjordlinginsson moves out of range as Forge throws a body kick.
Forge throws a combination. Fjordlinginsson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Forge fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fjordlinginsson manages to avoid it.
Fjordlinginsson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Fjordlinginsson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fjordlinginsson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Forge knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Fjordlinginsson is working to tighten his grip on Forge's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Forge has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Fjordlinginsson is really squeezing tight and eventually Forge passes out! Fjordlinginsson breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
