Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ion Hasselhoff (ranked 5991 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Prison (ranked 6049 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ion Hasselhoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Prison! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prison closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hasselhoff did well to prevent Prison getting side control. Prison is just content to waste time from the top position. Hasselhoff takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Prison wants to get up but he can't break Hasselhoff's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hasselhoff is pulling down on Prison's head. It's preventing any offense from Prison, at least for the moment. Prison passes Hasselhoff's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Hasselhoff might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Prison stalling. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hasselhoff blocking the ground and pound attempt from Prison.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prison trying to control from half guard but Hasselhoff is working away. It looks like Prison is going to stand back up.
Hasselhoff keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Prison sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Hasselhoff defending well though. Hasselhoff throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Prison is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hasselhoff gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Prison wants to get up but he can't break Hasselhoff's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Prison is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Prison wants to control from the top but Hasselhoff keeps moving. Hasselhoff working for submissions but it's allowed Prison to get to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prison slows the pace down in half guard. Hasselhoff keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Hasselhoff is trying to get back to full guard. Prison passes the guard and advances to mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hasselhoff is squirming around, avoiding Prison's attempts to control the action. Prison controlling from the full mount. Hasselhoff looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Prison throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Prison takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Scott Prison dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Prison fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hasselhoff sprawls well initially but Prison persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Prison is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Prison tries to stand but can't do so whilst Hasselhoff controls his leg. Prison has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Prison not landing any meaningful shots this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hasselhoff has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Prison is working away from the top position though. Prison is taking a breather. Hasselhoff says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hasselhoff keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Prison controlling the pace. Hasselhoff is looking to control Prison's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hasselhoff avoid being mounted?
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Hasselhoff avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Hasselhoff tries to counter with a takedown but Prison is quick to defend against it. Prison shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Prison has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Prison moves into full mount! Hasselhoff won't be happy about that!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prison looking to control and managing it successfully. Poor strikes thrown by Prison there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Prison sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prison looking to ground and pound but Hasselhoff is blocking nicely. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Prison looking to control but Hasselhoff is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Prison thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Prison wants to control the pace but Hasselhoff is squirming around nicely. Prison looking to control and managing it successfully.

Scott Prison showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Hasselhoff's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
