Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Teodors Ozolinsh (ranked 281 p4p, 36 weight class) and Don Gotti (ranked 386 p4p, 48 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Teodors Ozolinsh has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Teodors Ozolinsh seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ozolinsh finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Gotti tried to score with a low kick but Ozolinsh checks it.

We've been informed that Gotti has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ozolinsh throws the kick towards the body but Gotti avoids it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gotti lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ozolinsh has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ozolinsh and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Gotti closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gotti lands in his opponent's guard.
Gotti stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ozolinsh swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ozolinsh is pulling down on Gotti's head. It's preventing any offense from Gotti, at least for the moment.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gotti drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ozolinsh manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gotti has Ozolinsh in his guard.

Gotti working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ozolinsh doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Gotti is tightening it up a little... Ozolinsh has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Ozolinsh reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Ozolinsh taps out! Nice BJJ there by Gotti!

Don Gotti decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
