The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arcidiacono moves into range and clinches up with Li.
Li is trying to pull guard but Arcidiacono has him pressed against the cage.
Li prevents a takedown attempt there.

Arcidiacono manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Li would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Arcidiacono escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Li gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Li tries to stand but Arcidiacono is controlling from the bottom.

Arcidiacono has his feet on Li's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Arcidiacono is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Arcidiacono drops Li with a beautiful combination! Li stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Arcidiacono is looking for the KO!

Li is rocked!

It looks like Kyong Li has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Li shoots in looking for a takedown but Arcidiacono manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Li's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Oh Li is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Arcidiacono lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Li at a distance.
Li is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Arcidiacono tries to score a power double leg takedown but Li sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Arcidiacono somewhat.
As Arcidiacono looks to move away, Li throws a big counter combo but Arcidiacono just gets out of the way.

Arcidiacono closes the distance and clinches.

Arcidiacono manages to break the clinch.
Arcidiacono throws a head kick but Li moves out of range.
Arcidiacono avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Arcidiacono fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Li square on the jaw! Damn, Li is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
