Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fabian Herrera (ranked 3350 p4p, 351 weight class) and Ousmane Onyedikachi (ranked 5200 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ousmane Onyedikachi!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Kavanagh and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrera lands a jab to the nose.

Onyedikachi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Herrera is trying to defend but Onyedikachi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Onyedikachi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Herrera. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Herrera has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Onyedikachi is working away from the top position though.

Onyedikachi decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Herrera is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Onyedikachi scores with a couple of nice shots.

Onyedikachi looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Herrera with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Onyedikachi wants to control from the top but Herrera keeps moving.
Onyedikachi working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Herrera's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ousmane Onyedikachi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Herrera is looking to improve his position but Onyedikachi isn't that keen on the idea.
Herrera is bucking up trying to escape but Onyedikachi cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Onyedikachi is landing with some decent strikes but Herrera is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.


Herrera is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Onyedikachi cracks Herrera with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ousmane Onyedikachi!
