Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Miller (ranked 7333 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amir Bono (ranked 6883 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ivan Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Amir Bono! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bono lands a nice looking kick to the body. Miller takes a step back to recover. Miller fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bono to the ground. Miller is now in Bono's guard. Miller controlling from the top position. Miller will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bono is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Miller is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Miller connects with a couple of short punches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miller is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Bono wants to stand but Miller is controlling the position. Bono working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Miller doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Miller manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bono is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Miller avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Miller seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Miller postures up in Bono's guard and throws a big left but Bono blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bono keeping full guard, as Miller tries to pass. Bono not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Miller in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Miller sitting in guard, not really doing much. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Miller's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Miller moves out of range of the body kick. Bono tries to land a front kick but Miller steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bono throws a predictable looking body shot
and Miller counters by moving into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bono tries to break the clinch but Miller is controlling the position. Bono tries to break free but Miller pushes him back against the cage. Miller drags the fight down to the ground.
Miller wants to stand and escape but Bono is having none of it. Bono pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Miller is keeping the position for now. Miller throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Miller seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Miller trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bono is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Miller slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Bono has his feet on Miller's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivan Miller dominated that round. That's time! Miller's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bono shoots in but no luck this time. Miller moves out of range of the body kick from Bono.
Bono shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Miller is looking to stand up but Bono isn't so interested in that idea. Bono stopping the sweep attempt from Miller. Bono looking to pass the guard. Bono got a little sloppy there for a moment and Miller has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bono has managed to get both his arms back between Miller's legs - danger averted. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bono trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miller escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bono gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bono trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. Bono is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. A head kick from Bono lands but Miller takes it in his stride. Ivan Miller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bono scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Bono is breathing heavily. Bono trying to advance position but Miller counters by regaining guard. Bono trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. Miller wants to stand and escape but Bono is having none of it. Bono slips nicely into half guard. Bono looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bono is just content to waste time from the top position. Miller takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Bono looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Bono tries to free his leg and advance position but Miller is retaining full guard. Miller wants to sweep here but Bono controlling him for the moment. Miller is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bono is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bono works a leg free and moves into half guard. Bono is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bono wants to control the pace but Miller is squirming around nicely. Miller is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bono tries to control but Miller wriggling away. Miller is looking to improve his position but Bono isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Amir Bono showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
No luck for Bono with that takedown attempt. Bono just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromMiller. Bono throws a sloppy body shot
and Miller moves into the clinch. Miller has Bono pressed against the cage, preventing Bono from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Miller pulls guard. Bono tries to free his leg and advance position but Miller is retaining full guard. Bono trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. Bono won't allow Miller to get back to his feet. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Miller throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Bono lands a jab to Miller's midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Miller dodges the punch combination from Bono.
Bono fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Miller takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Miller is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Bono. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bono. Ivan Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amir Bono. Bono will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bono has his takedown stuffed and Miller moves into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Miller manages to end up in side control. Bono tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Miller connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Bono to escape the position.
Miller lands shots from the back. A bit of a pause in the action here. Miller controlling the positon. Miller has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller working for the choke. Miller lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Miller is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Bono is trapped and Miller is scoring with shots to the head and body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Miller working for a choke but Bono is defending well. Bono is really stuck here.
And that's the end of the fight! Ivan Miller showed his dominance in that final round. I think Miller has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
