Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryu Takemura!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takemura looks to land a left hand but Klein moved out of range nicely.
As Takemura tries to get set, Klein tries to push him back and clinch up but Takemura manages to avoid the attempt.
A cross from Takemura lands.
Klein lands a head kick. Takemura smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Takemura connects with a right hand. Klein shakes it off.
Takemura swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Klein tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Takemura manages to circle out of the way.
Klein displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Takemura throws out the jab.
Klein is looking to counter the offense by Takemura and move into the clinch.
Klein lands with a slapping head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Takemura pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Klein is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Takemura.
Takemura misses with a double jab.

and Takemura counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

BAM! Takemura delivers a spinning backfist that drops Klein like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
