Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arslan Sonmez (ranked 4286 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seung Woo Kim (ranked 6515 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim has his takedown stuffed
and Sonmez counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Sonmez.
Kim tries to pull guard but Sonmez won't allow it.
Sonmez drags the fight down to the ground.
Sonmez throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Kim escapes and throws Sonmez's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Kim wants to control but Sonmez is keeping him busy.
Sonmez tries to buck Kim off but Kim is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim has control of Sonmez's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sonmez regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Kim is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Sonmez is forced to tap! Great finish!
