Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kazunori Honda (ranked 3117 p4p, 154 weight class) and Diederik Duvenage (ranked 4290 p4p, 202 weight class). Duvenage is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dynamite!. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Diederik Duvenage! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duvenage rushes Honda and presses him up against the cage. Stalling in the clinch from Duvenage.

Duvenage throws a series of strikes that have Honda backpedaling.
Duvenage gets a clinch. Honda drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Duvenage gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Diederik Duvenage showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Honda turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Duvenage is looking for a sweep. Duvenage really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Honda. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Duvenage can't do much from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duvenage tries to control but Honda manages to take his back. Duvenage trying to control the position but Honda manages to sink in the hooks. Honda is cranking Duvenage's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Duvenage! He's tightened the choke and Duvenage is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Kazunori Honda! Diederik Duvenage spoke after the fight, saying 'Nobody can hurt me without my permission.'.
