The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shadow shoots for a takedown but Marlow saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Marlow closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Shadow's guard.
Shadow is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Marlow frees his head nicely. Oh but Shadow has switched to an armbar! Marlow is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
