Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Slade Wilson (ranked 873 p4p, 122 weight class) and Herb Krison (ranked 809 p4p, 116 weight class). Wilson comes into the arena with Hypnotize - The Notorious B.I.G. blaring out of the sound system. Krison has chosen Rebelution as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krison bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wilson checks a leg kick.
Krison throws a body punch but Wilson moves out of range.
Wilson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Krison misses with a hook. Wilson ducked under it nicely.

and Wilson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Wilson is looking to control Krison's arms but Krison gets an underhook and turns him. Now Wilson has his back to the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Krison is pressed up against the cage. Wilson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Krison down to the mat. Krison avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Slade Wilson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Krison as he jumps to the side.
Wilson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Wilson wants to clinch up but Krison keeps it at a distance.

Wilson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Herb Krison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Krison walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Wilson checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Wilson seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Krison lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Wilson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Wilson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Krison doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wilson.

Wilson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Krison defend it? Wilson steps over the head and cranks it - Krison is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Wilson!
