Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bung Popper (ranked 2410 p4p, 302 weight class) and Nuclear Penguin (ranked 2216 p4p, 273 weight class). Penguin has chosen Mardy Bum as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Popper throws out a powerful jab.
Popper throws out a leg kick but Penguin moves out of range and Popper only half commits.
Popper misses with a wild body shot.
Penguin throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Popper is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Penguin.
Popper gets a clinch.
Popper gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Penguin.
Popper has a couple of punches blocked by Penguin.
Popper lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Penguin.
Popper lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Penguin lands a takedown into guard.
Penguin controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Penguin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Penguin looking to sit in guard and control but Popper gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Popper is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Penguin has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Popper is looking to defend but Penguin has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Popper! Penguin pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Popper taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Nuclear Penguin!
