The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyles misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Miller looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Lyles looks for a takedown but Miller sprawls well.
It looked like Miller was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Lyles circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lyles counters with a series of strikes. Miller will be more careful next time no doubt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lyles lands a big head kick that sends Miller tumbling to the mat! Lyles takes a step backwards and waves Miller back to his feet - he wants the finish!
