Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Blair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Morrison told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jimmy Blair!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Morrison!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison defending well as Blair loads up on a big left hand.
Blair rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Morrison moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Morrison throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Morrison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Blair looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Morrison trying to control the action but Blair is working from the bottom.
Morrison is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Blair sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Morrison with the ground and pound but Blair uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Morrison trying to control the position from guard on top but Blair is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Morrison distracts Blair with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Blair wants to stand but Morrison is controlling his posture from full guard.
Morrison is working an open guard so Blair takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Morrison misses the shot to the body.

Morrison slips a straight right by Blair.
Blair scores with a punch to the head.
Morrison takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Blair throws a shot to the body.
Morrison looks gassed!
Blair connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Morrison steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Blair.
Blair jabs at Morrison's body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blair lands with a right and another and another! Morrison is in big trouble! Blair lands again and this time it's lights out for Morrison! A quality knockout there for Blair.
