Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarbas Rubens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaleb Bronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jarbas Rubens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kaleb Bronson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rubens has Bronson up against the cage in a clinch.
Rubens gets control of Bronson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rubens will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Rubens lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bronson! Rubens misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Bronson is squirming around, avoiding Rubens's attempts to control the action. Bronson tries to improve his position but instead Rubens has taken his back! Bronson turns into Rubens and is now in his guard.
Bronson won't allow Rubens to get back to his feet. Bronson connects with a couple of short punches. Bronson stopping the sweep attempt from Rubens.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rubens keeping moving, preventing Bronson from controlling successfully. Bronson stands and throws Rubens's legs to the side, diving into side control. Rubens takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Rubens pushes Bronson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bronson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Rubens prevents Bronson from moving into mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bronson in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Bronson in side control lands a decent elbow. Rubens sneaks back into half guard. Bronson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rubens's head. Rubens trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Bronson manages to pass to mount!
Rubens is in all sorts of trouble here.
Rubens is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Rubens flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rubens wants to control but Bronson is having none of it. Bronson fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
It looks like Jarbas Rubens has been cut. Rubens is breathing heavily. Bronson lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Rubens hang on?
Jarbas Rubens's cut is getting worse. Bronson working Rubens over with strikes here. Rubens is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Bronson tries to control but Rubens wriggling away. Bronson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rubens can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Rubens is in a horrible position here. Bronson smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Jeez, Jarbas Rubens's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jarbas Rubens's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
