Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Frame (ranked 5170 p4p, 0 weight class) and Machine Gun (ranked 12603 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andrew Frame!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Machine Gun!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frame scores with a shot to the body.
Frame swings for the body but Gun moves out of range.
Frame throws a nice looking combination but Gun bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gun tries to counter by closing the distance.
Frame throws a right hand that misses
and Gun counters with a straight right hand.
Frame wants to land a leg kick but Gun is out of range.
Gun swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Frame with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Gun walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A low kick from Frame is predictable there
letting Gun counter with a right hand.
Frame throws a right and a left that Gun avoids nicely.
Gun throws out a counter right but Frame avoids it with no problem.
No joy there for Frame, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frame loads up on a big right hand but Gun slips the punch.
Frame has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Frame stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gun checks a leg kick.
Gun throws out a counter right but Frame avoids it with no problem.
Frame swings away with a body shot that misses

and Gun counters by clinching up.
Gun has a couple of punches blocked by Frame.
Frame misses with a body punch.
Gun misses with the head strike.
Frame throws a punch but it's blocked by Gun.
Frame misses with the head strike.
Gun softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Frame working aggressively here.

Frame breaks the clinch.
Frame's corner calls for a 1-2. Frame obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Donk. Frame catches Gun right on the button with a cross.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gun slips a jab and a cross from Frame.
Frame pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Gun back to the cage. Frame follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Frame misses with a wild body shot.
A little jabbing left from Gun on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A jab from Frame misses.
Gun looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Frame throws a leg kick but Gun sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Frame throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gun looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Frame misses with a hook
and Frame takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A low kick from Frame is predictable there
and Gun counters with a left right combination that sends Frame crashing to the mat - Gun wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Frame out for a TKO! Devastating finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Machine Gun!
A less than humble Machine Gun misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
