Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Giuseppe Mcintosh (ranked 5223 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Frank (ranked 4048 p4p, 0 weight class). Raul Frank will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Giuseppe Mcintosh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Raul Frank! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frank is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mcintosh's half guard. Mcintosh controlling the position well. Mcintosh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mcintosh is controlling Frank's posture. Mcintosh's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Mcintosh continues to stall.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Frank fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mcintosh sprawls well initially but Frank persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Frank looks winded! Mcintosh moves into full guard.
Mcintosh could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mcintosh is adopting a defensive guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcintosh is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Frank looking for subs from the bottom but Mcintosh mounts him! Mcintosh content just to control the position here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mcintosh is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Mcintosh extends the arm and Frank is forced to tap!
