And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Delgado tries to sprawl but Pavlovic drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Delgado flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Pavlovic content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Pavlovic's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pavlovic seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Delgado is looking to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pavlovic wants to work for an arm triangle but Delgado is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Pavlovic is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Delgado is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Pavlovic jumps into side control!
Pavlovic works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Pavlovic has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Delgado darts in looking for a takedown but Pavlovic gets double underhooks and turns Delgado into the cage.

Pavlovic feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Oh Delgado is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pavlovic has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Delgado's face.
Pavlovic connects with a bit shot that sees Delgado covering up! More strikes from Pavlovic and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Pavlovic is our winner by TKO!
