1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Breaker! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Breaker fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mill rushes Breaker and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Mill blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mill with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Mill tries a knee to the head but Breaker blocks it.
Breaker misses with a body punch.
Mill with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Breaker wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Mill using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Breaker has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mill gets underhooks to prevent Breaker's takedown attempt.
Breaker drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jernardo Mill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob Breaker. Mill tries a knee to the head but Breaker blocks it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Mill looking to throw knees to the head but Breaker is blocking nicely.

Mill throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Breaker blocks it with crossed arms. Mill is defending well against a takedown attempt. Breaker drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mill pulls his leg out and moves away.
Jernardo Mill is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mill forces Breaker back against the cage and clinches. Breaker is looking to take this one to the mat. Breaker turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Breaker manages to end up in side control. Mill wants to control but Breaker postures up. Mill knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Breaker on the ground. Mill is looking for a sweep. Breaker sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Mill is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mill is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Breaker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mill keeps working. Mill is trying to control Breaker's posture but Breaker avoids it. Mill tries to bench press Breaker off him but Breaker keeps the position. Breaker trying to control the action but Mill is working from the bottom. Breaker landing strikes. Mill on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mill tries to get out of the position. Mill tries to get back to half guard but can't. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Breaker working the ground and pound. Breaker cracks Mill with an elbow. That is naaassty. Mill tries to bench press Breaker off him but Breaker keeps the position. Mill wants to get back to his feet but Breaker drags him back down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Breaker tries for a kimura but Mill is defending well. Breaker working the ground and pound but Mill is defending the strikes. Breaker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mill has escaped the position, nice work there. Mill is not content to let Breaker control the position. Breaker cracks Mill with an elbow. That is naaassty. Breaker wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mill, who protects the arm well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mill is looking for a sweep. Breaker is trying to get an arm triangle but Mill is defending well. Mill is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Mill takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Mill is looking for a sweep. Mill is not content to let Breaker control the position. Breaker is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Mill looks calm but he's in trouble here. Breaker gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Mill is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Breaker lets go of the hold and Mill can pop his arm back in it's socket.
