Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andre Clay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Man Soo Hjung! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hjung tries to clinch there but Clay circles away.
Clay was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Nice body punch from Clay. Clay connects with a right hand. Hjung shakes it off. Clay lands a nice looking body shot.
Hjung has a takedown stuffed. Clay cracks Hjung with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hjung tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Clay pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hjung is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
