The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee Roy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Roy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Albrecht connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Roy scrambles back to his feet.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Albrecht looks to land a combination. Roy sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Roy has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Roy might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
