The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pasi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A head kick misses from Pasi.
Pasi throws a leg kick which misses Nappa's front leg but catches the back leg as Nappa tries to avoid it.

Pasi tries to close the distance and clinch but Nappa swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pasi lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nappa has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nappa and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Nappa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pasi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pasi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Nappa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pasi.
Nappa shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Nappa was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Pasi is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Nappa crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pasi - the referee stops the clock and Nappa gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pasi. Nappa manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
