Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mick Helm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Capra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Capra has chosen Duality as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Randy Capra! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Capra gets in close and instigates a clinch. Helm fails to pull guard.

Capra should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Capra closes the distance and lands a one-two. Capra moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Capra is fighting the takedown attempt but Helm gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Capra keeping full guard, as Helm tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Helm distracts Capra with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Helm wants to control from the top but Capra keeps moving. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Capra connects with a high kick. Helm closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Helm tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Capra wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Helm wants to control but Capra is keeping him busy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Capra wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Helm goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Capra rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Helm's guard! Nice work there by Capra! Helm is looking for a triangle but Capra pushes his legs off easily.
Capra decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Helm blocks a head kick by Capra.

Helm fails with a takedown attempt. Capra moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Capra will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Capra throws a front kick that sends Helm stumbling back into the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Helm fails with a takedown attempt. Helm shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Capra's guard. Capra is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Helm trying to control the position from guard on top but Capra is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Helm prevents Capra from getting back to his feet. Helm looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Helm trying to control but Capra is working from the bottom. Helm is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Capra is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Capra has escaped and now he's on top! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Helm is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Mick Helm will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mick Helm's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Helm will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Helm fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mick Helm. That's going to take a lot out of him. Capra clinches. Capra is trying to break free. Helm pulls guard successfully.
Helm looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Capra has picked Helm up and slammed him! Helm can't keep hold of the triangle and Capra manages to pass to side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Helm tries to get back to half guard but can't. Helm sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Helm looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Helm regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Helm is looking for a triangle here but Capra uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Capra trying to stand up but can't free himself from Helm's guard. Helm has his foot on Capra's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Capra works his way back into a safe position though. Helm working for a triangle but Capra defends it easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Randy Capra comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Capra has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
