The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kisqali misses with an uppercut. Gregor saw that one coming.
Gregor scores with a sloppy right hand. Kisqali should have avoided that one.

It looks like Ribociclib Kisqali has been cut.
Gregor takes a shot to the body in his stride.

It looks like James Gregor has been cut.

No joy there for Gregor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kisqali throws an overhand right that lands on Gregor's shoulder, as Gregor tries to avoid the shot.
We've been informed that Gregor has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Gregor looks to land a combination but Kisqali avoids it well.
Gregor looks to throw the jab but Kisqali is out of range.
Kisqali misses the jab.
Kisqali lands with a shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kisqali throws a lazy uppercut
and Gregor counters with a straight right hand.
Gregor cracks Kisqali with an open hand slap.
Kisqali lands a glancing blow to the side of Gregor's head.
Donk. Gregor catches Kisqali right on the button with a cross.
Gregor steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kisqali.
Kisqali throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Gregor cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Ribociclib Kisqali's cut is getting worse.

Kisqali lands a jab-cross combination.
Kisqali connects with a single shot there.

That has opened up James Gregor's cut even more.
Gregor will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kisqali swings widly with a right hand

and Gregor counters with a left and a right that hurts Kisqali! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Gregor jumps into full mount!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gregor can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kisqali is looking to escape.
Gregor lands a big shot there that rocks Kisqali but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Kisqali is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kisqali tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Kisqali sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Kisqali is looking for a sweep. Gregor is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Gregor lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Gregor drops an elbow to the side of Kisqali's head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kisqali is trying to control but can't.
Gregor takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Ribociclib Kisqali's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Jeez, Ribociclib Kisqali's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
