The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.

Gracie drops down looking for an ankle pick but riley pulls his leg out and moves away.

riley shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. riley showed some decent athleticism there.
riley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

riley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
riley throws a series of punches but Gracie avoids them all with ease.

and riley counters with a good, hard body kick but Gracie shrugs it off.
