The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matharu bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Penttinen regains half guard.
Penttinen wants to get back to his feet.
Penttinen wants to get back to full guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Matharu lands a nice short elbow.
Matharu thows a huge punch but Penttinen dodges it nicely.
Matharu prevents Penttinen from standing back up.
Matharu thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Penttinen's head.
Penttinen is trying to stand back up but Matharu is controlling him
Matharu throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Matharu thows a huge punch but Penttinen dodges it nicely.
Penttinen keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Matharu is looking to advance position but Penttinen won't allow it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Penttinen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Matharu looks gassed!

Penttinen sizes up Matharu with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Sab Matharu has been cut.
Penttinen looks to land a combination but Matharu avoids it well.
Penttinen lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Matharu falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
