Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pat Atkinson (ranked 23043 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reginald Pomff (ranked 5344 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat Atkinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Reginald Pomff! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pomff throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Pat Atkinson has been cut. Pomff shoots in for a takedown but Atkinson shows good takedown defense. Atkinson seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Atkinson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Pomff connects with a body shot that sends Atkinson's belly button to the back. Atkinson throws a lazy head kick and Pomff counters with a one-two to the body. Atkinson throws a sloppy head kick and Pomff counters with a good low kick that Atkinson was not able to check. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Pomff lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Atkinson is breathing heavily. Atkinson checks a low kick from Pomff. Pomff blocks a head kick by Atkinson.
Pomff throws a series of punches but Atkinson avoids them all with ease. Atkinson half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Atkinson stuffs the takedown. Atkinson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pomff's coach down at The Jura Tempest Federation was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pomff's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Atkinson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Pomff.
Pomff connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Atkinson to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Pomff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Reginald Pomff!
