Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Maatia Supuaga (ranked 7318 p4p, 463 weight class) and Choke You (ranked 20711 p4p, 475 weight class). Supuaga comes to the cage accompanied by Wanna Taki Taki. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. You has a takedown stuffed. You has a takedown stuffed. Supuaga feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Supuaga slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's one minute gone in the round. Supuaga pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. You is keeping the position for now. You wants to sweep here but Supuaga controlling him for the moment. Supuaga wants to control from the top but You keeps moving. You is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. You looking for subs off his back but Supuaga has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. You is doing well to control the position and prevent Supuaga from advancing to side control. Supuaga is thwarting You's attempts to control the position. Supuaga wants to pass to mount but You is defending the position. Supuaga content to control rather than advance. You wants to get back to full guard. Supuaga will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Supuaga is looking to advance position but You won't allow it. You looking for a kimura from the bottom but Supuaga passes into side control! Score +3 for passing guard: Supuaga (5) vs (0) You You tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Supuaga wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. You manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. You is not content to let Supuaga control the position. You moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Supuaga stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. You swivels though and keeps the full guard. Supuaga preventing the sweep. Supuaga lying in You's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. You decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Supuaga taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
