Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marc Case (ranked 6854 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jun SU (ranked 5323 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marc Case! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jun SU! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Illya Tyunina and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! SU lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. SU throws a wild body kick that Case sees coming a mile off. SU closes the distance and clinches. SU wants to get back to striking at distance but Case won't allow it.

It looks like Marc Case has been cut. SU has hold of one of Case's legs. Case is fighting the takedown attempt but SU gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Case throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
SU controls the pace of the fight for a moment. SU won't allow Case to get back to his feet. Case pushes SU off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. SU takes the fight into the clinch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Case keeps the fight in the clinch, despite SU's efforts to push away.
That's one minute gone in the round. SU wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. SU throws an elbow but it misses.
Case is trying to drag SU to the mat but SU just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. SU gets a trip takedown into half guard. SU is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. SU slows the pace down in half guard. Case might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Case has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Case is not content to let SU control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. SU is taking a breather. Case says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. SU decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Case drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Case wants to get up but he can't break SU's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. SU wants to get back to his feet but Case passes into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. SU wants to get back to his feet.
Case is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Case stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. SU darts in and clinches Case up against the cage. SU breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
SU gets a clinch. Case tries to pull guard but SU won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. SU has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Case is trying to keep an underhook but SU manages to get the takedown into half guard. SU controlling the action here. SU tries to stand but can't do so whilst Case controls his leg. Case really is a fat lump. SU trying to control the action but Case is working from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Case wants to get back to his feet. Case is on the bottom, trying to hold on to half guard. He's throwing a few small shots here, to keep his opponent honest. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jun SU dominated that round. The cut man is working on Marc Case's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
SU has closed the distance and engaged Case in a clinch.
SU is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Case can't fight it off and eventually SU manages to take the fight to the floor. Case looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Case is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. SU presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Case is trying to pull guard but SU turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. SU wants the takedown. Case is fighting it off but SU persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Case's guard against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. SU trying to control but Case is working from the bottom. Case working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. SU doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. SU manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round. Case is looking to stand up but SU isn't so interested in that idea. SU trying to control but Case is working from the bottom. SU trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. SU trying to control the position from guard on top but Case is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Case utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. SU must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. SU prevents Case from getting back to his feet.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Case avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The fight moves into the clinch position. SU has hold of one of Case's legs. Case is fighting the takedown attempt but SU gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. SU has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Case trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Case throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. SU has picked Case up - he's going for a ride! SU dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. SU is breathing heavily. SU wants to stand up but Case is controlling the position.

A close second round but Jun SU will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Marc Case's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

SU tries to stand and escape but Case is controlling the position. SU stalling away here and it's allowed Case to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Case looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. SU trying to control the position from guard on top but Case is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. SU is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Case striking off his back but it's not causing SU any problems. Case is pulling down on SU's head to control his posture.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. SU misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Case thinks about countering with a body kick. Case shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. SU manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. SU pushes Case off and scrambles back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. SU drives through and clinches with Case against the cage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! SU trying to control but Case is working from the bottom. Case throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. SU looking to sit in guard and control but Case gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Case stands up from SU's guard - Case perhaps looking for a knockout. SU lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Excellent takedown into side control there by Case. Case has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. SU gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. SU looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. SU manages to break the clinch.
Case fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging SU to the ground. Case is now in SU's guard. SU has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Case off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! SU throws a series of punches but Case avoids them all with ease. SU looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Case jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Jun SU seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Case has managed to clinch.
SU is trying to break the clinch but Case is controlling him. Case has hold of one of SU's legs. SU is fighting the takedown attempt but Case gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. SU wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Case manages to pass to side control. Marc Case has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jun SU is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. SU is trying to stand.
And that's the end of the fight! Jun SU comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got SU winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
