Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rayful Edmond (ranked 2510 p4p, 320 weight class) and Soul Makossa (ranked 4030 p4p, 463 weight class). Makossa has chosen SOUL MAKOSSA 2.0 as his entrance music. Rayful Edmond is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makossa drives through with a takedown into Edmond's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

That's time! Edmond's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Edmond feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Makossas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
It looks like Soul Makossa has been cut.

Makossa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Edmond's waist but Edmond gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Makossa off to one side.

Edmond lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Edmond tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
It looks like Edmond has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Edmond is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Makossa shoots in but Edmond avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rayful Edmond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Soul Makossa.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Soul Makossa's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Soul Makossa's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
