Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Ithamar (ranked 1520 p4p, 73 weight class) and Jose Pacheco (ranked 2826 p4p, 130 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ezekiel Ithamar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Jose Pacheco! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pacheco misses with a takedown attempt - Ithamar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ithamar fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Ithamar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Pacheco shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ithamar but Ithamar pushes him off and we're back to square one. Pacheco tries for a takedown but Ithamar circles away easily and Ithamar counters by clinching up. Ezekiel Ithamar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Pacheco. Pacheco goes for a takedown attempt but Ithamar pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Ithamar has hold of one of Pacheco's legs. Pacheco is fighting the takedown attempt but Ithamar gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Pacheco working a defensive guard here.
Ithamar drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ithamar jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Pacheco is trying to control the position but Ithamar postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ithamar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Pacheco controls Ithamar momentarily but Ithamar frees himself. Ithamar works a leg free and moves into half guard. Ithamar controlling the action here. Pacheco is defending against the submission attempts here by Ithamar.
Ithamar works his foot free and advances to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ithamar is working for a guillotine from mount but Pacheco frees his head quite easily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Pacheco is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Ithamar gets his way!

Ithamar seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pacheco does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ithamar is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Pacheco is refusing to be controlled, as Ithamar sits in half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ithamar is working for a kimura but Pacheco is defending it quite comfortably.
Ithamar seems to be looking for submissions.

Ezekiel Ithamar dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pacheco fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ithamar avoids it really well and circles away. Pacheco is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Ithamar decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Pacheco tries to get to full guard but Ithamar has control of the leg. Ithamar is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Pacheco has managed to free his arm - good work. Pacheco tries to get to full guard but Ithamar has control of the leg. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pacheco is not content to let Ithamar control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ithamar is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Pacheco sees it coming and defends easily. Pacheco tries to roll over but Ithamar keeps him under control. Ithamar sitting and controlling from the half guard. Ithamar has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Pacheco defend it? Ithamar steps over the head and cranks it - Pacheco is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ithamar!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ezekiel Ithamar! Ezekiel Ithamar decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
