Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ardio Kenno!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kenno gets a double leg takedown into Miles's guard.

Kenno closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Kenno had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Miles defends it easily.

Miles tries to stand but Kenno is controlling from the bottom.
Kenno is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Miles is controlling him.
Miles throws an elbow that misses. Kenno uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Miles's guard. Nice move by Kenno!

Miles will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kenno decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Kenno closes the distance and clinches.
Miles has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Kenno gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Miles regains guard.

Miles wriggles free and stands up.
Miles tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kenno paws at him with a jab and circles away.

As Kenno tries to get set, Miles tries to push him back and clinch up but Kenno manages to avoid the attempt.

Kenno closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Kenno lands a takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Miles not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Miles is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kenno is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Miles is looking to counter the offense by Kenno and move into the clinch.

Kenno rushes Miles and presses him up against the cage.

Kenno has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Miles clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Miles wants to control his opponent's hands but Kenno gets his hands free.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kenno is not going to allow Miles to sit and survive in this position.
Ardio Kenno has got the better of the ground game so far.

Kenno slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Kenno is continuing to stall.
Kenno takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Well Kenno has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
