Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kwon Woo Lee (ranked 3596 p4p, 385 weight class) and Ya Tsung (ranked 4253 p4p, 0 weight class). Kwon Woo Lee looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kwon Woo Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ya Tsung! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Lee wants a takedown but no success here.
Lee wants to get back to striking at distance but Tsung won't allow it.
Tsung pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lee showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tsung.
Lee swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Tsung clinches. Tsung wants a takedown.
Lee has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Tsung after a bit of a struggle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tsung tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lee just stands there and leans against the cage. Lee goes for a takedown in the clinch but Tsung prevents it.

Tsung throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lee works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Tsung is stalling in the full guard. Tsung drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lee looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lee looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lee!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Tsung looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tsung looks winded! Lee gets a clinch. Lee manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tsung shoots in looking for a takedown but Lee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tsung's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee closes the distance and clinches up with Tsung, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes Tsung against the cage but Tsung circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tsung. Lee closes the distance and clinches. Lee is looking for a takedown. Tsung has clasped his hands together around Lee's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Tsung moves into full mount! Lee blocking the ground and pound. Tsung thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Tsung wants to control the action but instead Lee gets a body lock and reverses into Tsung's guard! Nice work! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tsung is trying to control the position from the bottom.

A close round but Ya Tsung will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Tsung on that attempt. Lee throws a big counter combination but Tsung scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Lee lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Lee shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lee was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Lee passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Tsung! Tsung prevents any damage by holding on tight. Tsung is squirming around, avoiding Lee's attempts to control the action. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee wants to finish this one by submission but Tsung is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Lee.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsung is trying to reverse the position but instead Lee has taken his back - oops! Tsung trying to get back to his feet but Lee is in full control for now. Tsung turns into Lee and is now in his guard.
Lee is looking for a triangle but Tsung pushes his legs off easily.
Lee controls Tsung momentarily but Tsung frees himself. Tsung wants to pass the guard but Lee is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Tsung has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lee off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Tsung shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense. Lee looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Lee thuds a left hand into Tsung's body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee throws a nice inside leg kick. Lee dodges the punch combination from Tsung.
Lee looks for a takedown but Tsung sprawls well. Tsung wants to counter the offense by Lee and move into the clinch position. Tsung throws the kick towards the body but Lee avoids it. Tsung throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Tsung throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tsung off to one side. Kwon Woo Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ya Tsung. Lee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tsung. Lee misses with a head kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tsung misses with a takedown attempt - Lee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Tsung shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Tsung keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Lee appears to be looking for a big counter. Lee throws a quick inside leg kick. Lee tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tsung sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lee somewhat. Good work by Tsung as he checks the leg kick. Tsung shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Lee moves into the clinch. Lee is trying to pull guard but Tsung has him pressed against the cage. Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Tsung tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lee defends well and Tsung ends up having to push Lee into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Lee thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Tsung if he has to take too many more of those.
Tsung throws a leg kick which misses Lee's front leg but catches the back leg as Lee tries to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Tsung drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lee pulls his leg out and moves away.
Kwon Woo Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ya Tsung. Lee closes the distance and clinches. Lee tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tsung smiles and moves away.

Tsung wants to take the fight to the mat but Lee manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Tsung is trying to pull guard but Lee turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Lee jumps guard.
Lee wants to get back to his feet but Tsung is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Lee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tsung controls the pace. Tsung looking to sit in guard and control but Lee gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tsung keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully. Tsung tries to land a sweep but no joy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tsung is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lee defends well. Tsung controls Lee momentarily but Lee frees himself. Lee gets to his feet. Tsung looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tsung pinned against the cage. Tsung gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Tsung shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Lee fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lee shoots for a takedown but Tsung saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Tsung shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Tsung keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that's the end of the fight! Kwon Woo Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well Lee has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
