Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po shoots in looking for a takedown but Nicholson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Po's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Po breaks from the clinch.
Po looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Po misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nicholson.

Po has taken the fight to the clinch.
Po lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Po is pressed up against the cage. Nicholson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Po down to the mat. Po avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nicholson fails with the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Po pushes Nicholson up against the cage in a clinch.

Po has picked Nicholson up - he's going for a ride! Po dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nicholson is not content to let Po control the position.
Nicholson controlling the position for now.
Po working over Nicholson with some ground and pound. Nicholson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Nicholson wants to control but Po is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Po slips a nice elbow through Nicholson's hands, connecting with Nicholson's forehead.
Po thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Nicholson's head.

Po is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Nicholson defends it well.
Po lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Nicholson! More strikes land and this one is all over! Po jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
