Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harry Kane (ranked 108 p4p, 14 weight class) and Hans Hermann Hoppe (ranked 224 p4p, 32 weight class). Hoppe has chosen Wind of Change as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harry Kane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hans Hermann Hoppe!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoppe fails with a takedown attempt.
Kane swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Hoppe closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kane quickly recovers to half guard.
Kane wants to improve his position but Hoppe is controlling well.
Hoppe thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kane's head.
Hoppe looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Kane wants to stand back up but Hoppe manages to pass into side control.
Hoppe lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hoppe is trying to get an arm triangle but Kane is defending well.

Hoppe has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Hoppe creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Kane sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Hoppe rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kane wants to take a breather but Hoppe is having none of it.

Hoppe takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hoppe blocks a low kick nicely.
Kane throws a low kick, looking for Hoppe's leg but Hoppe calmly moves out of range.
Hoppe tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Kane bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Hoppe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
It looked like Kane wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kane misses with a body shot.
Hoppe steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Kane.
Hoppe checks the leg kick nicely there.
Hoppe avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Hoppe moves into the clinch successfully.
Kane tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Hoppe works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Kane utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hoppe wants to control from the top but Kane keeps moving.
Kane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hoppe is controlling him.

Kane pushes Hoppe off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Hoppe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kane but Kane pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kane looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Harry Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hans Hermann Hoppe.
Kane connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kane is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hoppe darts in looking for a takedown but Kane gets double underhooks and turns Hoppe into the cage.

Hoppe tries to pull guard but Kane won't allow it.
Kane wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Hoppe tries to stall but Kane uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Kane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Kane looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kane throws a chopping leg kick but Hoppe manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Good work by Hoppe as he checks the leg kick.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Hoppe drops his hands momentarily and Kane takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Hoppe slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Hoppe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kane as he avoids it easily.
Hoppe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kane but Kane pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The fight stays on the outside here - Hoppe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Hoppe drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kane defends it well.
Hoppe throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Kane fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hoppe.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hoppe tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kane sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hoppe somewhat.

Hoppe lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hoppe shoots in looking for a takedown. Kane tries to sprawl out of it but Hoppe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kane looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Hoppe looks to land a combination but Kane avoids it well.
Hoppe tries for a takedown but Kane sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kane is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hoppe can do to turn this around?

Kane leaves Hoppe with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hoppe tries to clinch but Kane is having none of it.
Hoppe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kane.
Hoppe shoots in but no luck this time.

And Hoppe tries to counter it with a takedown but Kane pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kane lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hoppe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hoppe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hoppe throws a right hand that Kane ducks under and follows up with a left that Kane also avoids with ease.

A clash of legs there as Kane blocks the low kick.

Kane plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Kane tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Hoppe's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Kane moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Hoppe avoids the body shot from Kane.
Hoppe pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hoppe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Hoppe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kane is fending him off so far but Hoppe persists. Nope, Kane circles away and we're back to standing.

Hoppe has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kane clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Kane is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Kane trying to get back to his feet but Hoppe is in full control for now.
Kane breaks Hoppe's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Harry Kane showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Kane has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
