Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Treneiro Corneiro (ranked 2996 p4p, 355 weight class) and Vince Voreal (ranked 3052 p4p, 363 weight class). Voreal has chosen All Star as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Treneiro Corneiro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vince Voreal! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corneiro shoots in but no luck this time. Voreal has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Corneiro is landing a low percentage of strikes. Voreal connects with an inside leg kick. Voreal misses with an attempted mid kick.
A head kick misses from Voreal. Voreal gets a double leg takedown into Corneiro's guard. Voreal landing some decent shots from guard. Corneiro working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Voreal doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Voreal manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Corneiro is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Voreal is aware though and is defending well. Voreal postures up and lands a big shot to Corneiro's brow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Corneiro has momentary wrist control but Voreal slips an elbow through the middle. Voreal scoring with punches to the head and body. Corneiro tries to land a sweep but no joy. Voreal passes into half guard. Voreal lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Voreal tries to pass to full mount but Corneiro defends it. Corneiro actively working from the bottom here. Corneiro is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Voreal pulls his head out easily. Voreal looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Corneiro with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Corneiro moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Voreal is in close to Corneiro's body, working some short punches and elbows. Voreal postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Corneiro looking for a guillotine here but Voreal defends easily.
Voreal stands up over Corneiro, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corneiro working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Voreal doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Corneiro is tightening it up a little... Voreal has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Voreal reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Voreal taps out! Nice BJJ there by Corneiro!
