Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Sue (ranked 6516 p4p, 0 weight class) and Archibald Lee (ranked 24904 p4p, 0 weight class). Archibald Lee has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tom Sue's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tom Sue! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Archibald Lee! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. It looked like Sue was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Lee. Lee fails with a takedown attempt. It looked like Sue was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Lee. Sue closes the distance and pushes Lee back into the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee is looking to break free of the clinch but Sue has double underhooks. Sue misses with a body punch.

Lee is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sue is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Lee to the mat. Lee regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Lee manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Lee lands a left and a right that send Sue crashing to the mat, dazed. Lee thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Sue is rocked!
It looks like Tom Sue has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice sprawl there from Sue as Lee shoots in. A quick step to the side and Sue tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Tom Sue has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Archibald Lee. Sue doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Sue is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Lee. Oh Sue is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lee fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Sue seems to have got his legs back now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sue stuffs the takedown. Sue appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Lee fails to land the takedown. Sue was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Lee with a lazy takedown attempt and Sue counters by clinching up. Sue lands a body punch in the clinch. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Sue lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Lee. Lee tries to pull guard but Sue forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Lee can't break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sue taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

A short left from Sue. Sue lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Lee wants to break the clinch but can't.
Sue tightens his grip and picks Lee up, before dumping him to the ground. Lee manages to land in guard. Lee wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sue manages to pass to side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Lee. Lee moves in looking to clinch but Sue pushes him off. Lee misses with a head kick.

Sue scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Sue content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Lee wants to get back to full guard. Archibald Lee dominated that round. The cut man is working on Tom Sue's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Sue instigates a clinch. Lee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Sue breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lee looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. It looked like Sue was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Lee. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lee fails with the takedown. Archibald Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee tries for a takedown but Sue circles away easily and Sue counters with a nice body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sue is looking to counter with a body kick. Lee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sue swivels and escapes. Sue appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Lee bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sue takes the fight into the clinch. Lee goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Sue unloads a knee to the mid-section. Sue pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lee shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sue sprawls well. Sue wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lee gets slowly back to his feet. Sue is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Sue clinches up against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Sue dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Tom Sue's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Sue doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Lee tries to clinch up. Lee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sue counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Lee lands with a thumping leg kick.
Lee shoots in but no luck this time. Sue swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Lee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sue as he jumps to the side. Archibald Lee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee shoots for a takedown but Sue saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. It looked like Sue was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Lee. Lee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sue gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Lee wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lee has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Sue breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lee doesn't manage to clinch there - Sue circles away.
Sue instigates a clinch. Lee looking for a takedown. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sue creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sue avoiding damage as Lee throws knees to the body.

Sue is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Lee can't fight it off and eventually Sue manages to take the fight to the floor. Lee looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Sue stands up and waves to Lee to follow him.

Sue has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Lee regains guard immediately. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sue gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lee wants to sweep but no luck.
And that's the end of the fight! Tom Sue showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sue has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
