Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marcin Vanatta!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGrady rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vanatta moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Chosu McGrady seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McGrady will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McGrady connects with a right hand. Vanatta shakes it off.
Nice shot lands for McGrady.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGrady has picked Vanatta up - he's going for a ride! McGrady dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

It looks like Marcin Vanatta has been cut.
McGrady has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McGrady is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
McGrady looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vanatta with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've been hearing that McGrady has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

McGrady is looking for a kimura but Vanatta is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McGrady to get the leverage.

McGrady is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Vanatta is hurt! He's hurt bad - McGrady fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Vanatta from any more punishment! Congratulations to McGrady! Great finish!
