Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Diggs (ranked 898 p4p, 120 weight class) and Gniewomir Lach (ranked 628 p4p, 86 weight class). Lach comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Soel kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Diggs crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lach - the referee stops the clock and Diggs gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lach. Diggs manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Diggs connects with the punch.
Lach swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diggs tries to counter with a takedown but Lach is quick to defend against it.
The fighters circling - Diggs throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Diggs misses with the combination.
Lach lands a right hook to the body.
Diggs tries to keep at a distance but Lach has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lach swings wildly with an uppercut but Diggs uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lach lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Diggs backwards.
A nice left hand lands by Lach.
Lach tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
I was talking to Diggs's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Diggs wants a takedown but no success here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lach lands a left hand.
Diggs is trying to maintain a safe position but Lach gets an underhook and turns Diggs into the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Diggs.
Diggs works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Lach lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Diggs.
Diggs is breathing heavily.
Diggs jumps into guard, dragging Lach to the mat.

Diggs is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Diggs is looking for a triangle but Lach pushes his legs off easily.

Diggs has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lach should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Diggs has tightened it up now! Lach should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
