Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Victor Efremov!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Igor Prikhodko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cleveland stalks Efremov and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Efremov's face. Efremov staggers backwards, shaken.
Victor Efremov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cleveland shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cleveland showed some decent athleticism there.
Cleveland prevents Efremov from standing back up.
Cleveland stalling away here and it's allowed Efremov to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Efremov has his foot on Cleveland's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cleveland works his way back into a safe position though.
Efremov manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cleveland manages to get himself to full guard.

Cleveland has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Cleveland really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Efremov drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Efremov seems to have locked his on tight now - Cleveland screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Efremov, as he picks up the win!
