Santana darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Rolland Foley will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Santana closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Foley quickly recovers to half guard.

Foley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Santana seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Foley does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
